Embodiment and why re-connecting to your body is important for burnout recovery

In today’s episode of Create Shift, we’re sharing our experiences with re-connecting to our bodies, and discussing how this is vital for burnout recovery. We chat about how Western society can be very much neck up, and how this is detrimental to human wellbeing. We also offer some guidance around re-connecting with your body.
