In this solo episode I invite you to join me on a walk as I try to stack my life by moving and recording a podcast at the same time! On this walk I chat to you about what Ayurveda actually is, why I love it and how it might be able to support you to feel healthier, happier and more balanced in your life. This is good timing as I’ve just completed my Yoga, Ayurveda and Holistic Health training course and am now a fully certified Holistic Health Practitioner!
