Recently I asked myself the question “who am I if I’m not my work?” And I realised I didn’t really know the answer. My work has defined me for so long, and I hadn’t even realised it until now. So this solo episode is me discussing my thoughts on this. Sharing how I’ve been thinking about this question of identity, and approaching it from a yogic perspective too. In a society that’s very driven by success and achievements, and our first question when meeting new people is often “what do you do?” I think it’s super important to loosen the grip our work has on our identity.

I hope you enjoy the episode, it’s another one recorded out on a walk and so as always you’re invited to join me on a walk as you listen. If you did enjoy don’t forget to share the episode with anyone else you know who may enjoy it.

Thanks for listening as always, Ellen x
